The concept is simple: a turkey stuffed with a duck that is stuffed with a chicken. The birds are de-boned and separated by delicious stuffing so that each slice has the perfect amount of meat and dressing and is a complete serving. For a large gathering try our 8-10 pound Turducken stuffed with traditional cornbread and sausage stuffing, serves 12-15. Entertaining a smaller group? Try our petite version with wild rice and pecan stuffing, this 4 1/2 pound Turducken serves 6-8. Its one meal they'll never forget.

Regular Turducken: Thaw 4 days in the refrigerator. Remove plastic wrap. Bake breast down at 375°F for 3 hours covered and 1 additional hour uncovered. Internal temperature should reach 165°F. We recommend closely monitoring meat temperature with a meat thermometer.

Petite Turducken: Keep Frozen until ready to bake. Place in a pan and thaw in refrigerator for approximately 24 hours prior to cooking. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic bag, netting stays in place, and place completely thawed roll in a non-stick roasting pan. Cover with foil and bake approximately 2 hours. Remove foil and bake additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown in color. Internal temperature must reach 165°F. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes, cut and remove netting and carve.
