Cook from frozen.

Stovetop (Preferred): Heat over medium heat in a saucepan or sauté pan for 11-15 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and grits are heated throughout. Add milk, water, or chicken broth as desired to maintain your preferred consistency, the grits can lose a little water in this method. Fully cook to an internal temperature of 165°F before serving. Serve immediately.

Microwave: Do not open the bag before cooking. Lay the bag flat on its side in the microwave. Microwave one side for 4-6 minutes, then flip the bag and microwave the other side for an additional 4-6 minutes. Let the bag stand for 1 minute before carefully pouring the contents into a dish and stirring for 30 seconds. The product will be hot. Fully cook to an internal temperature of 165°F before serving.
