Duck A L'Orange



The inspired French classic has never been easier. The fully cooked, semi-deboned half duck, features rich, succulent meat and crispy skin. The orange sauce adds a delicate sweetness that highlights the duck’s flavors perfectly. Just heat and serve for a simple, delicious, gourmet meal.
Conventional Oven: If frozen, defrost in refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove from bag and place in shallow baking pan. Bake 15-20 minutes. Grill: If frozen, defrost in refrigerator overnight. Over medium heat, place duck skin side down on rack and heat for 10 minutes. Turn duck over and heat for an additional 5-10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.


Duck Ingredients: Duck, water, salt, sodium lactate, sodium phosphate, maltodextrin, modified food starch, cellulose gum, natural flavors, oil of garlic.
All Natural Orange Sauce Ingredients: Orange juice (water, concentrated orange juice), water, turbinado sugar, corn starch, citric acid, sea salt, canola oil, dried torula yeast, guar gum, natural flavoring, spice, dehydrated onion. No artificial ingredients, minimally processed.
