Porchetta Roast

Store frozen until ready to use. Thaw under refrigeration for 24 hours. Preheat oven to 350°F, place roast in a baking pan and bake for 40-50 minutes or until heated throughout and crispy on top. *This roast is already fully cooked, so slicing and serving in smaller portions will reduce cook time.
