Beef Filet Mignon: Best cooked from thawed. Please thaw under refrigeration.
Stove Top: In a skillet, add a little olive oil over medium heat. Pat Filet Mignon dry and season with a little salt and pepper. Cook for 4 minutes per side for rare, 6 minutes per side for medium, and 8 minutes per side for well-done.
Grill: Pat Filet Mignon dry and season with salt and pepper. Place on hot oiled grill and grill about 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
Pork Schnitzel: Bake from frozen.
Preheat oven to 375°F and bake schnitzel on a greased sheet pan for 15-20 minutes or until an internal temperature reaches 165°F. Allow to rest before serving.
Individual Classic Meatloaf:
Conventional Oven (from frozen): Place meatloaf on a well-greased baking sheet and place into a pre-heated oven of 375°F for 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Carefully remove from oven and let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
Baby Back Pork Ribs:
Conventional Oven: Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Peel back the ï¬lm and remove the ribs from the package. Place the ribs, meat side up, single layer, on a sheet or tray in the middle of the oven. Heat the ribs for approx. 25 minutes or until hot. Apply remaining sauce as desired. TIP: Line sheet or tray with aluminum foil to make cleanup easier. Extra sauce from the package can be spread over ribs prior to heating or applied after cooking.
Grill or Barbeque: Heat the grill or barbeque to approximately 375°F or medium heat. Peel back the film and remove the ribs from the package. Place the ribs, meat side up, either directly on the grill grate or use a sheet or tray to minimize clean up. Heat the ribs for approximately 25 minutes or until hot. Apply remaining sauce as desired.
Microwave: Peel back the film and remove the ribs from the package. Place the ribs, meat side up, single layer, into a microwavable container. The ribs may be cut into portions to the container. Cover the ribs with microwavable plastic or a paper towel. Heat the ribs on high for 4 to 6 minutes or until hot. Microwaves will vary according to power settings. Refer to your manual for speciï¬c settings. Carefully remove plastic from the container as hot steam may escape.
Pork Schnitzel: Pork, Panko (Unbleached Wheat Flour, Cane Sugar, Yeast, Sea Salt), Whole Eggs, Expeller-Pressed Canola Oil, Breader (Wheat Flour, Sunflower Oil [used as a processing aid]), Salt and Pepper.
