Thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic wrap and board from shells. Place shells on a baking sheet. Bake until crumbs have browned and the sauce is bubbly, about 15-20 minutes or internal temperature reaches 160°F.
