2 - Gravlax Style Smoked Salmon (4 oz): packages of Ducktrap River salmon, endowed with the flavors of dill, garlic, and lemon zest that is first cold smoked to preserve the natural moisture

2 - River Smoke Roasted Salmon (4 oz): packages of traditional Ducktrap river hot-smoked salmon that seal the naturally rich, buttery flavor and seasoned with a special blend of herbs and spices

Smoke-Roasted Salmon: Serve chilled, room temperature, or gently heated through.

Classic Smoked Rainbow Trout: Thaw under refrigeration and bring to room temperature before serving.

Pastrami Smoked Salmon: Bring to room temperature and serve. Or, serve slightly chilled with crackers or bread as an appetizer.

Wild Smoked Salmon: Bring to room temperature and serve. Consume within 24 hours of opening.
