From frozen: Season as desired, then either grill, broil, or pan fry for approximately 4-8 minutes on each side or until internal temperature of 160 degrees is reached. Let rest for 2-3 minutes to allow juices to redistribute.
To cook from thawed, place in refrigerator for up to 48 hours and follow same directions.
