Caramelized Onion & Feta Pastry Kisses: Cook from frozen. Remove from plastic wrap. Thoroughly preheat oven to 375°F. Place the oven-safe, disposable baking tray on a cookie sheet on the middle rack of the oven for 25-30 minutes (rotate pan after 15 minutes to ensure even browning). Remove pastry kisses when they are golden brown on top. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Stuffed Pork Crown Roast: Completely defrost before cooking (48 hours in refrigerator). Season the roast with salt and pepper, place a small piece of tin foil as a cap over the tip of each of the bones. Place in a roasting pan on a rack in a preheated 400°F oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes at 400°F, reduce temperature to 325°F and cook for additional 1.5 hours. Add thawed stuffing to center of roast, cook an additional 1/2-1 hours or until internal temperature reaches 140-145°F. Total cook time is 2.5-3 hours. After cooking remove the roast from the oven and allow it to rest at least 10 minutes before slicing. Slice the roast between the ribs allowing approximately 1-2 ribs per person.
*It is recommended that internal temperature be monitored closely by using a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking. Heating times may vary as all cooking appliances are calibrated differently.

Cauliflower Gratin: Cook from Frozen.
Conventional oven: Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Remove wrapper. Put tray in oven and heat for 45-50 minutes, until top is golden brown (internal temperature of at least 165°F). Do not heat tray at temperature over 350°F.
Must be heated before consumption. Do not use convection or toaster oven. Microwave is not recommended.

Kettle Cooked Spiced Apples: From frozen: Place bag in large pot and put in enough water to cover the bag completely. Turn on medium high heat and bring to a boil and let simmer for about 15 minutes or until an internal temperature reaches 165°F. Apples can also be thawed under refrigeration overnight up to 48 hours. Cut open bag and pour into small sauce pan. Gently simmer over low-medium heat until hot. 165°F.

Chocolate Raspberry Cake: Thaw and Serve.
