Risotto is surely a gourmet staple, and this unique version was love at first bite. Short-grain rice is prepared simply with white wine, Parmesan cheese, butter, and a hint of seasoning. The addition of Emmental cheese and cream adds a slightly nutty flavor and a creamy texture that melts on the tongue. It’s delicious served as is, or makes a memorable base for your creative whims; just add seafood, chicken, or your favorite veggie to create a new classic.

Preheat a non-stick skillet and pour in frozen contents. Cook for approximately 10-12 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring often. Pour into serving dish and let sit for approximately one minute before serving.
