Preparation

Perfect Crab Cakes: Baking from Frozen (Preferred Method): Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush tops of crab cakes with a thin layer of mayonnaise, or a little bit of melted butter. Spray a cookie sheet with a thin layer of non-stick cooking spray. Bake for approximately 27-32 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly on top. For an extra crispy crab cake, turn on broiler for the last two minutes of baking. Pan Fry: Thaw completely under refrigeration. Preheat pan on medium heat with tsp. of oil or butter. Cook covered in frying pan at medium temperature for approximately 4-6 minutes per side. Crab cake may be cooked from a frozen state using a lower temperature and cooking for a longer period.
Pesto Formaggio Risotto: Conventional oven: Remove tray from wrapper. Put in preheated 350°F oven. Heat for 45 minutes until heated through (or until internal temperature of 165°F is reached). Microwave: Remove tray from wrapper. Heat on high for 5 minutes or until rice is warmed through.
Vegetable Medley: Cook from Frozen. Conventional oven: Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Remove wrapper. Cover with aluminum foil. Put tray in oven and heat for 45 minutes (internal temperature of at least 165°F). Do not heat tray at temperature over 350°F. Must be heated before consumption. Do not use convection or toaster oven. Microwave is not recommended.
French Macarons: Remove the macarons from the freezer and immediately remove the protective plastic film. Carefully place the macarons on a plate and let thaw 1 hour in the refrigerator and 15 minutes at room temperature (65°F) prior to serving. Do not use microwave to thaw the macarons.
