Beautiful and delicious, Coquille St. Jacques is a classic dish featuring scallops and mushrooms in a rich, creamy sauce. With a touch of white wine and cheese,this luscious dish is packed into a scallop shell and topped with panko bread crumbs for a lovely presentation. Simple yet elegant. Four 4 oz. servings.
Thaw under refrigerator for 24 hours. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic wrap and board from shells. Place shells on baking sheet. Bake until crumbs have browned and the sauce is bubbly- about 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
