Caramelized Onion & Feta Pastry Blossoms: DO NOT MICROWAVE. DO NOT BAKE IN PLASTIC TRAYS. For safety purposes, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a food thermometer.
Conventional Oven: Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Place product 1/2 inch apart on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake on center rack for for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Asparagus Asiago Spears: For best results cook from frozen.
Remove from plastic tray and wrap. Place on to a baking pan about 1/2" apart. Bake at 400°F for a total of 15-18 minutes for a conventional oven. The product should be light golden brown in color. Cooking times may vary depending on the calibration of the oven and the number of pieces cooking. Do not microwave.

Stuffed Turkey Roast:
Original: When thawing, please do so under refrigeration.
Preheat oven to 375°F.Remove from packaging and place in a baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil. From Thawed: Bake for approximately 40-45 minutes or until internal temperature of165°F is reached as read by a meat thermometer. From Frozen: Bake for approximately 60-65 minutes or until internal temperature of165°F is reached as read by a meat thermometer. CAUTION: Baking dish and contents will be hot.

Homestyle Turkey Gravy:
From Thawed: Thaw pouch under refrigeration overnight. Cut open the pouch and place contents in a small saucepan. Discard the plastic pouch. Warm under low to medium heat until gravy begins to bubble; 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
From Frozen: Bring 3-4 quarts of water in a large pot to boil. Add pouch to boiling water. When water returns to boil, reduce heat so the water is just simmering. Simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the gravy reaches desired temperature. Transfer to bowl and serve immediately.

Sweet Potato Casserole:
From Thawed (Preferred Method): Thaw in refrigerator 4-6 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove the lid from the tray and discard. Place tray on a baking sheet and place on the middle rack. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180°F. Carefully remove casserole from the oven. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Green Bean Casserole: Thaw overnight under refrigeration.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove the lid from the container. Place on baking sheet. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, until the sauce, is bubbling. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Brussels Sprouts Gratin: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove film and lid and place tray on baking sheet. From Frozen: cook for 60-75 minutes. From Thawed: Bake for 40-50 minutes. Bake until or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.

Crème Fraîche Mashed Potatoes:
Original: Keep frozen until ready to bake.
Do not remove plastic film and preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake 30-40 minutes or until the product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Optional: For a bit of browning, remove the film after 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Remove lid and preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 30-40 minutes or until reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and top is browned in places. To ensure it cooks fully, stir gently halfway through baking. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until casserole is finished cooking. Let set for 5 minutes before serving.

Caramel Apple Pie:
Let "Pie in a Bag'' thaw at room temperature for up to 12 hours. To reheat to serve warm, place pie on baking sheet and heat at 425°F for 8–10 minutes. Cooking times may vary. Do not let bag touch side of oven or heating element.
Slicing: Use an electric or serrated knife to slice to preserve the crunchy top crust.

Pumpkin Cognac Cheesecake: Keep frozen.
Defrost at room temperature for about 1 hour before serving.
