Overview

This Prime Rib Roast Dinner is an easy gourmet option, with all the hard work already done for you.

Includes:
1 - Creamy Crab Dip (1lb.): the dip mixes lump and claw crab meat, cream cheese, sharp Cheddar cheese, and a blend of Chesapeake Bay seasonings
1 - Prime Rib Roast (3.5-4lbs.): pre-cooked roast is self-basted with sea salt, cracked black pepper, garlic, and beef au jus
2 - Creme Fraiche Mashed Potatoes (32 oz. each): whipped potatoes, perfectly seasoned, kicked up a notch with decadent crème Fraiche
1 - Green Bean Casserole (30 oz.): fresh pole beans paired with crimini and shiitake mushrooms are draped in a rich bechamel sauce
8 - Molten Chocolate Lava Cakes (3.5 oz. each): individual bittersweet chocolate cakes with molten chocolate filling

Creamy Crab Dip: Thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
Remove from plastic container and place in oven ready dish. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Prime Rib Roast: Thaw for 48 hours under refrigeration.
Must cook from thawed. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Remove Prime Rib from all packaging and place it on a shallow oven-safe pan. Cover the Prime Rib well with aluminum foil. Place in the center of the oven and reheat for 60-90 minutes for the desired doneness. Internal temperature should reach 125°F for medium-rare. Carefully remove Prime Rib from the oven, and let it rest for 10 minutes, covered. It is recommended that internal temperature be monitored closely by using a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking. Heating times may vary as all cooking appliances are calibrated differently.

Creme Fraiche Mashed Potatoes: Keep frozen until ready to bake.
Do not remove the plastic film and preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake 30-40 minutes or until the product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Optional: For a bit of browning, remove the film after 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Green Bean Casserole: Thaw overnight under refrigeration.
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Remove the lid from the container. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, until the sauce, is bubbling. Let stand 10 minutes before serving

Molten Chocolate Cakes: Prepare from frozen.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and into a preheated oven. Reheat for 16-18 minutes.
Microwave Oven: Place one molten chocolate cake on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for 40-50 seconds at 750W power (HIGH, depending on the power of your microwave oven).
