Our Fried Turkey Breast Complete Dinner includes an item with revised preparation instructions. You may receive the original or revised version for your order. Please see below for details.
Brie & Raspberry en Croûte: From frozen, bake in a pre-heated 400°F conventional oven for 20-22 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by use of a thermometer.
Cajun Fried Turkey Breast: Please allow product to thaw under refrigeration overnight.
Remove all outer wrapping from the turkey. Cover turkey and place on a cooking pan or dish. Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat product for up to 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature of the coldest part of the turkey reaches 130°F.
Homestyle Turkey Gravy:
Original:
From Thawed: Thaw pouch under refrigeration overnight. Cut open the pouch and place contents in a small saucepan. Discard the plastic pouch. Warm under low to medium heat until gravy begins to bubble; 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
From Frozen: Bring 3-4 quarts of water in a large pot to boil. Add pouch to boiling water. When water returns to boil, reduce heat so the water is just simmering. Simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the gravy reaches desired temperature. Transfer to bowl and serve immediately.

Revised:
Stove Top: Place in a medium-sized sauce pot over medium heat, stirring every 2 to 3 minutes until the temperature reaches at least 165°F. Refrigerate unused portions within 2 hours.
Microwave: Cooking time may vary with microwave wattage. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover with plastic wrap, and heat on High, stirring every 2 to 3 minutes until the temperature reaches at least 165°F. Refrigerate unused portions within 2 hours.
Vegetable Potato Medley:
Skillet: Cook from frozen. Preheat skillet on medium heat. Add frozen vegetables and cook for 4-5 minutes without stirring. After 5 minutes continuously stir and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
Microwave: Place in a microwave safe bowl and cover. Microwave on high for 6-7 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving. To ensure food safety, cook to 165°F throughout.
Cranberry Sausage Stuffing: Keep frozen until ready to bake. Remove lid and preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 30-40 minutes or until internal temperature of 165°F and top is browned in places. To ensure it cooks fully, stir gently halfway through baking. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until casserole is finished cooking. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Caramel Apple Pie: Let “Pie in a Bag” thaw at room temperature for up to 12 hours. To reheat to serve warm, place “Pie in a Bag” on baking sheet and heat at 425°F for 8–10 minutes. Cooking times may vary. Please keep pie in the bag when baking. Do not let the bag touch the sides of oven or heating elements. Do not remove bag until ready to serve.
Slicing: Use an electric or serrated knife to slice to preserve the crunchy broken top crust.
