Caramelized Onion & Feta Pastry Blossoms: DO NOT MICROWAVE. DO NOT BAKE IN PLASTIC TRAYS. For safety purposes, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a food thermometer.
Conventional: Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Place product 1/2 inch apart on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake on center rack for for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Filet Mignon: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
Grill or pan fry for about 6 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Crab Cakes:
Baking from Frozen (Preferred Method): Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush tops of crab cakes with a thin layer of mayonnaise, or a little bit of melted butter. Spray a cookie sheet with a thin layer of non-stick cooking spray. Bake for approximately 27-32 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly on top. For an extra crispy crab cake, turn on broiler for the last two minutes of baking.
Pan Fry: Thaw completely under refrigeration. Thaw completely under refrigeration. Preheat pan on medium heat with tsp. of oil or butter. Cook covered in frying pan at medium temperature for approximately 4-6 minutes per side. Crab cake may be cooked from a frozen state using a lower temperature and cooking for a longer period of time.
Twice Baked Potato:
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F, Place unwrapped potatoes on baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes to internal temperature of 165°F. The ridges will be browned and the potatoes should be heated throughout.
Microwave Instructions: Remove the plastic wrap and heat in microwave for 3 1/2-4 minutes, to internal temperature of 165°F.
Molten Chocolate Cake:
Original 3.17 oz. cake. Prepare from frozen.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and into the preheated oven. Bake for about 10 minutes.
Microwave Oven: Place one molten chocolate cake on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for 45 seconds at 850W power (HIGH, adjust depending on the power of your microwave oven).
Updated 3.5 oz. cake. Prepare from frozen. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 410°F. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and into preheated oven. Bake for about 10 minutes.
Microwave Oven (800W): Place one molten chocolate cake on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for 35-40 seconds. Adjust depending on the power of your microwave oven.
