Overview

Rekindle romance or give someone a special treat with this sumptuous dinner for two. Share a dozen of our Caramelized Onion and Feta Pastry Kisses over cocktails, then light the candles as you enjoy an elegant meal of 3 oz. Crab Cakes, 5 oz. Filet Mignon, and Twice Baked Potatoes. Enjoy a robust coffee or sweet port with a dessert of Molten Lava Cakes. Choose from two or four servings. The Maryland Style Surf & Turf makes the perfect gift for someone who has everything.

Pastry Kisses: Cook from frozen. Thoroughly preheat oven to 375°F. Remove pastry kisses from the plastic bag. Place the oven-safe, disposable baking tray on a cookie sheet on the middle rack of the oven for 25-30 minutes (rotate pan after 15 minutes to ensure even browning). Remove pastry kisses when they are golden brown on top.

Filet Mignon: (Thaw overnight in the refrigerator): Grill or Pan Fry for about 6 minutes per side for medium-rare.

Crab Cakes:
Baking from Frozen (Preferred Method): Preheat oven to 375 F. Brush tops of crab cakes with a thin layer of mayonnaise, or a little bit of melted butter. Spray a cookie sheet with a thin layer of non-stick cooking spray. Bake for approximately 27-32 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly on top. For an extra crispy crab cake, turn on the broiler for the last two minutes of baking.
Pan Fry: Thaw completely under refrigeration. Preheat pan on medium heat with tsp. of oil or butter. Cook covered in frying pan at medium temperature for approximately 4-6 minutes per side. Crab cake may be cooked from a frozen state using a lower temperature and cooking for a longer period of time.

Twice Baked PotatoPrepare from frozen.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F, Place unwrapped potatoes on baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes to Internal temperature of 165°F The ridges will be browned and the potatoes should be heated throughout.
Microwave Instructions: Remove the plastic wrap and heat in microwave for 3 1/2-4 minutes, to internal temperature of 165°F.

Molten Lava Cakes: Prepare from frozen.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and into the preheated oven. Bake for about 10 minutes.
Microwave Oven: Place one molten chocolate cake on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for 45 seconds at 850W power (HIGH, adjust depending on the power of your microwave oven).
