Pastry Kisses: Cook from frozen. Thoroughly preheat oven to 375°F. Remove pastry kisses from the plastic bag. Place the oven-safe, disposable baking tray on a cookie sheet on the middle rack of the oven for 25-30 minutes (rotate pan after 15 minutes to ensure even browning). Remove pastry kisses when they are golden brown on top.
Filet Mignon: (Thaw overnight in refrigerator): Grill or Pan Fry for about 6 minutes per side for medium rare.
Crab Cakes: Baking from Frozen (Preferred Method): Preheat oven to 375 F. Brush tops of crab cakes with a thin layer of mayonnaise, or a little bit of melted butter. Spray a cookie sheet with a thin layer of non-stick cooking spray. Bake for approximately 27-32 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly on top. For an extra crispy crab cake, turn on broiler for the last two minutes of baking. Pan Fry: Thaw completely under refrigeration. Preheat pan on medium heat with tsp. of oil or butter. Cook covered in frying pan at medium temperature for approximately 4-6 minutes per side. Crab cake may be cooked from a frozen state using a lower temperature and cooking for a longer period of time.
Supreme Stuffed Potato: Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic from around the container and place on a cookie sheet. Cover in foil and bake for 30 minutes. The remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Internal temperature of 158°F or higher must be reached.
Molten Lava Cakes: Bake from frozen in a preheated 350°F oven for 20 minutes or microwave for 75 seconds or until center becomes liquid.
