Beef Provencal: From Thawed: Thaw overnight under refrigeration. Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove from packaging and place into a baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for approximately 36 minutes. From Frozen: Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove from packaging and place into a baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for approximately 58 minutes. Heating times may vary due to make, model and temperature calibration of oven.
Brie & Raspberry en Croute: Best if cooked from a frozen state. Remove from plastic trays. Bake in preheated oven at 400°F for 15 -18 minutes. Cook until golden brown. Puff should not look wet in appearance. Do not microwave.
Crème Fraiche Mashed Potatoes: Keep frozen until ready to bake. Remove lid and preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 30-40 minutes or until reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and top is browned in places. To ensure it cooks fully, stir gently halfway through baking. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until casserole is finished cooking. Let set for 5 minutes before serving.
Sticky Toffee Pudding: Warm the frozen pudding in a preheated oven 350°F for 20 minutes. Containers are oven proof. Some sauce may leak out, simply scoop up and spoon over the top!
