Spanikopita: For best results cook from a frozen state.
Remove from plastic tray and place onto baking pan about ½” apart. Approximate cooking times: cheese items preheat and bake at 400°F for a total of 15-18 minutes. Cook until golden brown in color. Cooking times may vary depending on the calibration of the oven and the number of pieces cooking. Do not microwave.
Stuffed Pork Loin: Best if cooked from a thawed state. Thaw 24-48 hours under refrigeration.
Roast uncovered in a preheated 350°F oven. Do not add water. Allow 35 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 170°F.
Green Bean Almondine:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove lid and plastic film, cover with foil and place tray on a baking sheet. If frozen, (preferred method), cook for 35-40 minutes (or 15-20 from thawed), or until fully heated through. Stir halfway through heating time. Let stand 2 minutes and serve.
Kettle Cooked Apples:
Original Preparation. Prepare from frozen.
Place bag in large pot and put in enough water to cover the bag completely. Turn on medium high heat and bring to a boil and let simmer for about 15 minutes or until an internal temperature reaches 165°F. Apples can also be thawed under refrigeration overnight up to 48 hours. Cut open bag and pour into a small saucepan. Gently simmer over low-medium heat until hot. 165°F. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C). Individual appliances vary - these are guidelines only.
Updated Preparation. Keep frozen until ready to use, thaw in refrigerator 12-24 hours.
Stove Top (Preferred): Pour contents into a pot and heat covered on low to medium heat, stirring occasionally, until product begins to simmer. Microwave: Pour contents into microwavable container and heat covered on high 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
Lemon Cream Cake: Keep frozen until ready to use. Remove plastic wrap from the cake while the cake is still frozen.
Allow cake to thaw 4-6 hours and come to room temperature prior to serving. Slice and Serve.
