From Frozen:
Microwave: Remove frozen blinis from the plastic bag and the tray and place 8 on a plate. Heat in the microwave for 40 seconds at 750W.
Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Remove frozen blinis from the plastic bag and place the tray in the oven. Heat for 7-8 minutes.

From Thawed:
Microwave: Remove frozen blinis from the plastic bag and the tray and place 8 on a plate. Heat in the microwave for 15 seconds at 750W.
Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Remove frozen blinis from the plastic bag and place the tray in the oven. Heat for 3-4 minutes.
