Lemon-Dill Cod

The humble cod fish is elevated to gourmet levels with this lovely dish. Alaskan cod is flaky and tender with a light ocean flavor and complemented beautifully by the zesty lemon-dill marinade. It's elegant simplicity at its finest. Serve with a tossed salad, pasta, or roasted potatoes for a light meal with balanced flavors.

Four 6 oz. fillets

Lemon-Dill Cod


Store Frozen, Thaw under refrigeration for 24 hours. Preheat Conventional Oven to 400°F. Remove cod from all packaging. Place cod in a well greased baking pan and cook in oven for 10-12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
