Coconut Shrimp

A new tropical classic. Jumbo shrimp, butterflied for a dramatic presentation, are lightly dusted with panko and shredded coconut. This makes for a shrimp that is crispy on the outside and sweet and briny on the inside. Serve with the included Thai Sweet Chili Sauce. Add cocktails and you’ll swear you feel the tropical breeze.

Coconut Shrimp


Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove from packaging and place shrimp in a single layer on a lined baking sheet in the center of the oven. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand a few minutes before serving. Cook thoroughly.
