Keep chateaubriand frozen until ready to use. Thaw under refrigeration overnight. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove tenderloin from packaging, keeping the juices, wrap roast tightly in foil and place on a raised edge baking sheet. Bake for approximately 30-36 minutes. Remove from oven, rest in foil for 10 minutes on baking sheet. slice and serve.
