Butternut Squash Risotto

This delicious dish combines sweet, buttery butternut squash and creamy risotto with herbs and sharp Parmesan cheese. Twice baked for a crispy exterior and creamy interior, this butternut squash risotto is just bursting with a truly gourmet flavor. Serve as a traditional side, or top with grilled shrimp for a spectacular starter. Equally delicious as a vegetarian entree.

Butternut Squash Risotto


Bake in a pre-heated 350°F conventional oven for 24 - 26 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by use of a thermometer.
