The tender, cream-cheese pastry is dripping with brown sugar and spices, and topped off with crunchy southern pecans. Easy to make and full of old-fashioned, homemade goodness. 16 large buns.

Preheat a conventional oven to 350°F or a convection oven to 325°F. Remove plastic wrap and place black plastic container on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. Bake for 30-35 minutes until top is golden brown and center is cooked through. Remove from oven, carefully turn over plastic container onto serving plate and slowly lift off. Let cool slightly before eating. Ovens may vary, adjust accordingly. Best if served warm. Use Caution, caramel is very hot.


Roll: Enriched wheat flour (Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Malted Barley Flour), Whole Milk, Butter (Butter Fat, Solids, Water), Cream Cheese (Pasteurized Milk and Cream, Cheese Culture, Salt, Carob Bean Gum), Sugar, Baking Powder (Calcium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Salt, Sea Salt.

Filling: Brown Sugar, Butter, Cinnamon, Canola Oil.

Sticky Topping: Sugar, Pecans, Butter, Honey.
