Stuffed Lamb Crown RoastItem #: CRL38
Thaw under refrigeration 24-48 hours prior to cooking.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Rub crown with Olive Oil, blended with Kosher Salt, Pepper, and Garlic. Twine on roast can be left on the product before cooking but should be removed before consumption. Place roast on rack in a roasting pan in the center of the oven. For medium-rare, bake for approximately 45-55 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 135°F. Stuffing: Thaw the stuffing in the refrigerator. Remove from the bag and place in an oven-safe pan. Spread evenly and bake for approximately 30-40 minutes. Once cooked place stuffing back in the center of the roast and enjoy.
