This Asian street food gone gourmet will spice up any get together. Wok-seared marinated steak is topped with an Asian-style slaw studded with cabbage, carrots, and pickled jalapeño and rolled in a flour tortilla flute. Crunchy and full-flavored with a touch of heat, these treats are both familiar and exotic. Just heat and serve with salsa or sour cream. Serves 8-10 as an appetizer, or 3-4 as a lunch or dinner entree.
Bake from frozen at 375°F oven for 8-10 minutes. Internal temperature must reach 165°F as measured by a thermometer.
