Our Gourmet Cheese Sampler includes:

1 - Sundried Tomato Pesto Cheese Torta (9.5 oz.): a rich cream cheese base with a layer of garden basil pesto, topped with chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1 - Camembert Cheese Bread Flower (9.2 oz. cheese and 12 rolls): tangy, velvety Camembert cheese surrounded by tear-apart rolls topped with sesame, poppy, and herbs
12 - Caramelized Onion & Feta Pastry Blossoms: flaky puff pastry, savory Feta cheese, and lush caramelized onions
15 - Brie & Raspberry en Croûte: creamy brie and sweet raspberries baked in puff pastry

Sundried Tomato Pesto Cheese Torta: Thaw under refrigeration and serve. Store refrigerated for up to one month.

Brie & Raspberry en Croûte: Bake from frozen.
Pre-Heat 400 °F Conventional Oven for 20-22 minutes or Until Internal Temperature Reaches 165 °F as Measured by Use of a Thermometer.

Camembert Cheese Bread Flower: Defrost Camembert Bread Flower under refrigeration for 12 hours.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove bread ring and cheese from plastic wrap and remove wrap from the cheese. Make a cross-shaped slit on the top of the cheese and place item on a baking sheet. Do not remove the ring and parchment paper from under the bread and cheese. Reduce oven heat to 375°F and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is gently runny but not bubbling.

Caramelized Onion & Feta Pastry Blossoms: DO NOT MICROWAVE. DO NOT BAKE IN PLASTIC TRAYS. For safety purposes, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a food thermometer.
Conventional Oven: Bake from frozen. Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Place product 1/2 inch apart on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake on center rack for for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
