Our Favorite Hors d'Oeuvres Assortment includes:

24 - Asparagus Asiago Spears: fresh asparagus spears with nutty Asiago cheese, all wrapped in a flaky phyllo crust
12 - Caramelized Onion & Feta Pastry Blossoms: flaky puff pastry, savory Feta, and lush caramelized onions
20 - Bacon-Wrapped Scallops: large and tender sea scallops wrapped lightly in smoky bacon

Asparagus Asiago Spears: Cook from frozen.
Preheat oven to 400 °F. Place asparagus on a greased baking sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes until golden brown or until internal temperature reaches 165 °F.

Caramelized Onion & Feta Pastry Blossoms: DO NOT MICROWAVE. DO NOT BAKE IN PLASTIC TRAYS. For safety purposes, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a food thermometer.
Conventional Oven: Bake from frozen. Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Place product 1/2 inch apart on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake on center rack for for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Bacon-Wrapped Scallops: Uncooked seafood for safety must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F measured by thermometer. For best results cook from a frozen state.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove from plastic trays and place on a baking pan 1/2" apart. Rotate if necessary. Depending on the number of pieces cooking time may vary. Approximate cooking time for a conventional oven is 12-16 minutes. Do not microwave.
