Our Favorite Crab Appetizers Sampler includes:

1 - Creamy Crab Dip (1 lb.): this dip mixes lump and claw crab meat, cream cheese, sharp Cheddar cheese, and a blend of Chesapeake Bay seasonings
18 - Mini Crab Cakes (.75 oz. each): loaded with crab meat and just the right amount of our signature binders and seasonings
8 - Crab Quesadillas (6" each): an authentic treat featuring lump crab meat with Monterey Jack cheese and pico de gallo

Creamy Crab Dip: Allow product to thaw under refrigeration for at least 24 hours.
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Place dip in an oven safe container (original packaging is not for cooking). Place dip in oven and allow to cook for 18-22 minutes or until product is fully cooked through and reaches and internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Remove from oven. Allow to rest for minute and serve.

Mini Crab Cakes:
Baking from Frozen (Preferred Method): Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a cookie sheet with a thin layer of non-stick cooking spray. Bake for approximately 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly on top. For an extra crispy crab cake, turn on the broiler for the last two minutes of baking.
Pan Fry: Thaw completely under refrigeration. Preheat pan on medium heat with tsp. of oil or butter. Cook covered in frying pan at medium temperature for approximately 2-3 minutes per side.
Crab cake may be cooked from a frozen state using a lower temperature and cooking for a longer period. Product must reach an internal temperature of 160°F prior to consumption.

Crab Quesadillas: Keep frozen until ready to prepare.
Stove Top: Remove quesadilla from the tray. Over medium heat, with just enough oil to cover the bottom of the saute pan, saute for approximately 4-6 minutes on each side till golden brown.
Conventional Oven: Bake at 400°F, brushed with oil on a nonstick pan, and bake 10 minutes, flip over and cook an additional 8-10 minutes till golden brown.
