The sweet, succulent meat of the snow crab reflects its home in the cold ocean waters. With its delicate flavor, these Cocktail Crab Claws are very versatile, yet quite delicious simply served on their own. These wild caught snow crab claws are partially shelled—with the shell removed above the pincer—making serving and eating a breeze. Simply delicious. 40-50 crab claws, 2 lbs. total.

From Thawed: Thaw in refrigerator overnight and serve chilled.

From Frozen: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place claws onto a baking sheet and bake for about four minutes.

Suggested Cocktail Sauce Recipe:

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1-2 tbsp. horseradish
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt
  • pepper

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Let stand in refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving.
