1 - Artisan Spiral Sliced Ham (8-10 lbs.): smoked over hardwood in small batches and are free of hormones, nitrates, and preservatives, resulting in a ham full of smokey, deep flavors
1 - Creme Fraiche Mashed Potatoes (32 oz.): creamy whipped potatoes, perfectly seasoned, kicked up a notch with decadent crème fraiche
1 - Green Bean Almondine (30 oz.): a tray of tender green beans that are smaller and sweeter, mixed with toasted almonds for a nutty crunch, and finished with a touch of butter and seasonings
1 - Caramel Apple Pie: tart juicy apples baked in a sweet, flaky crust then topped with caramel

Genuine Honey Cured Ham: Fully cooked, just gently warm. Completely thaw in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove packaging and preserve the liquid. Place ham cut-side down on a large sheet of foil in a roasting pan. Pour reserved liquid over ham and wrap completely with foil. Warm ham in the oven for 10-12 minutes per pound. Do not overheat, which will result in dryness.

Caramelized Onion & Feta Pastry Kisses: Cook from frozen. Remove from plastic wrap. Thoroughly preheat oven to 375°F. Place the oven-safe, disposable baking tray on a cookie sheet on the middle rack of the oven for 25-30 minutes (rotate pan after 15 minutes to ensure even browning). Remove pastry kisses when they are golden brown on top. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Green Bean Almondine: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove lid and plastic film, cover with foil, and place tray on baking sheet. If frozen, (preferred method), cook for 35-40 minutes (or 15-20 from thawed), or until fully heated through. Stir halfway through heating time. The product should reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Let stand for 2 minutes and serve.

Creme Fraiche Mashed Potatoes: Keep frozen until ready to bake. Do not remove plastic film and preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake 30-40 minutes or until the product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Optional: For a bit of browning, remove the film after 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Caramel Apple Pie: Thaw at room temperature for up to 12 hours. If you would like to serve the pie warm, please heat for 8-10 minutes at 425°F.
