Zucchini Casserole

A rustic dish from the Italian countryside, this is a terrific side that is simply delicious. Lightly fried, breaded zucchini is layered with Mozzarella and imported Parmesan cheeses, which bakes up into a rich golden brown, wonderfully flavored side or vegetarian entree. And you thought it would be hard to get your kids to eat their vegetables! Two 24 oz. Casseroles, each serves 4-6.

If Thawed: (Thaw in refrigerator overnight.) Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove tray from box and remove film covering from tray. Place tray on a baking sheet and into oven. Bake for 40-45 minutes.

If Frozen: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove tray from box and slice center of film covering tray. Place on a baking sheet and place in oven. Bake for 55-60 minutes.
