Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove Crepe from tray and place 1/2 inch apart on a non stick baking tray. Bake for approximately 12-17 minutes.

Wild Mushroom Filling: Mushrooms (Button, Portabella, and Shiitake), Mozzarella, Provolone and Swiss Cheeses (Part Skim Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes, Potato Starch, Cellulose), Parmesan Cheese (Cow's Milk, Salt, Enzymes, Whey), Shallots, Garlic, Brandy, Herbs, Spices.
