These little "purses" made from tender pasta, are filled with an ethereal ricotta cheese blend touched with a generous splash of white truffle oil. Preparation
Bring 10 qt. of water to a rolling boil, add coarse ground salt. Add frozen product to water, stir gently. For al dente pasta cook 6-7 minutes, drain well. Serve immediately with your favorite sauce or toss with butter.
