Preparation
Defrost before baking or leave the product overnight in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 380 degrees (360 degrees if using convection). Bake for approximately 12 minutes at 360 degrees . Buns should be nicely browned when done. After baking, let tray rest for 45 seconds, then turn the tray upside down on your serving platter. *If baking from frozen, add 6-8 minutes in oven. Note: Ovens vary; if the buns are not baked thoroughly, lower the temperature by 10 degrees and add 2 minutes. If the buns are dry, raise the temperature by 10 degrees and deduct 2 minutes. Keep frozen until use.Do not refreeze dough after defrosting. Raw products must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees before consumption. Temperature and baking time are suggestions only, since ovens vary.
