Southwestern Bread Pudding

Warm and savory, this is a delicious twist on bread pudding. The rich brioche base is loaded with spicy Andouille sausage, aged cheddar, bell peppers, corn, onions, and cilantro- simply bursting with flavor. Makes a wonderful brunch option, but is so good no matter when or where you serve it, it will fast become your new favorite.

Preparation
Best if cooked from thawed state. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove from plastic try and place on a baking sheet into a preheated oven. Approximate cooking time from thawed 8-15 minutes. Must be fully cooked, internal temperature should be 165 degrees.
