Tender Cremini mushrooms, gently roasted with sage to bring out their intensely rich, earthy flavor. Very versatile, they make a wonderful side dish, a topping for a beautiful roast, or tossed with pasta for an impromptu meal. Simple yet stunning! Three one-pound bags; serves 10-12 as a side.

Preparation
On Stove-top: (From Frozen) Boil in Bag Method: Fill medium sauce-pot with 1 quart of water and bring to boil. Turn heat down to a light simmer (190 degrees) and place unopened package into water. Maintain a low simmer and reheat for 7-10 minutes. Remove package from water and let it rest, unopened, for 2 minutes. Carefully cut open package and serve. In Microwave:( From Thawed) Heat in Bag Method: Place unopened in microwave safe tray, and pierce 4 holes on top of the package. Place in microwave and reheat on HIGH for 3 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave (Caution: Contents are hot, handle carefully), cut open package and serve. On Stove-top: Conventional Stove-top Method:( From Thawed) Cut open and pour into a small sauce-pot or saute pan. Turn heat to medium and reheat for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
