Preparation
Defrost overnight in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove plastic and cover with foil bake on a baking sheet for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes until golden brown.
Ingredients

Hash browns, sour cream, cream soup, green peppers, onion, cheddar cheese.
