Convention oven: Bake from a frozen state. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove from plastic film. Place tray on baking sheet on center rack of oven. Cover with foil. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Carefully remove baking sheet with tray from oven.

Microwave: Make small holes in film. Cook on high for 6-8 minutes. Rotate. Continue Cooking on 50% power for 5-7 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes after cooking before removing from microwave. Carefully remove tray from microwave and carefully remove film.
