This savory tart is simply amazing. The flaky crust holds an intoxicating blend of bacon, leeks, and roasted potatoes, all surrounded by rich custard- a perfect mix of flavors that complement each other. Similar to a quiche, but more substantial, this tart makes a great side dish, appetizer, or snack. Bake, slice and enjoy. Two 14" tarts, each serves 8.

Product is par cooked: Must be fully cooked prior to serving. Preheat oven to 350°F. Best when cooked from a thawed state (under refrigeration). Remove from plastic tray and place trays on a baking sheet into a preheated oven. Approximate cooking time is 12-15 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 165°F.
