Bacon & Roasted Potato Tart

This savory tart is simply amazing. The flaky crust holds an intoxicating blend of bacon, leeks, and roasted potatoes, all surrounded by rich custard- a perfect mix of flavors that complement each other. Preparation
Product is par cooked: Must be fully cooked prior to serving. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Best when cooked from a thawed state ( under refrigeration). Remove from plastic tray and place trays on a baking sheet into a preheated oven. Approximate cooking time is 12-15 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees.
