Conventional Oven: For best results, thaw prior to cooking. Remove entrée from plastic before thawing; thaw for approximately one hour at room temperature, or 24 hours in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place entrée in lightly oiled baking pan and cover loosely with aluminum foil. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
