Preparation
Broil: On greased baking sheet turning once during cooking, 12 minutes from frozen or 8 minutes if thawed. Bake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray or coat pan with oil. Place pan on rack in middle of oven, turn cakes once during cooking. 30 minutes if frozen or 15 minutes if thawed. Pan Fry: Cook in oil on medium low heat turning once during cooking. 7 minutes if thawed. Frying from frozen is not recommended.
