Preparation
Oven: Preheat Oven to 425 degrees. Place Salmon and Plank directly on middle rack. Bake 14-17 minutes.

Grill: Preheat grill to med-high heat. Place the salmon & plank directly on grill and close cover . Cook for approx. 14-17 minutes.
