Hearty chunks of salmon mix with a perfectly balanced set of ingredients - shredded potatoes, Dijon mustard, onions and spices to name a few - to form a wonderfully seasoned delicious 4 oz. cake. Thaw product overnight under refrigeration prior to cooking.

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove cakes from all packaging and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Place baking sheet on middle rack of preheated oven. Bake 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Remove from oven, let stand 1 minute and serve.
Pan Saute: Preheat saute pan on medium heat with 2 tsp. of oil or butter. Remove cakes from all packaging. Place cakes in pan and cook for 5-6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Remove cakes from pan, let stand 1 minute and serve.
