Keep Cannoli kit refrigerated or frozen until ready to use. If frozen, thaw cream bag in refrigerator overnight or at least 6 hours before serving. Snip off end of bag 1/2 inch from the pointed tip. Squeeze cream into both ends of Cannoli shell. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve. Open Cannoli cream bag is good in refrigerator for 21 days. Keep shells in cool dry place.

Cannoli Shells- Unbleached Unbromated Flour, Pasteurized Eggs, Non-Hydrogenated Palm Oil (Citric Acid), Cane Sugar, Vinegar, Salt, Cinnamon.
Cannoli Cream- Impastata Ricotta (Whole Milk, Vinegar, Salt), Cane Sugar, Chocolate Drops (Sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Soya Lecithin {An Emulsifier}, Vanilla), Vanilla, Cinnamon.
