Each Mackenzie Smoked Salmon fillet is brined with a low-salt dry cure then smoked in small batches in oak chips and sawdust from single malt Scottish whiskey barrels. Prior to packaging, each smoked salmon fillet is fully trimmed with the brown meat removed, for a premium cut. Ducktrap River Smoked Salmon Ducktrap River has been making premium Atlantic smoked salmon for more than twenty years.
