Preparation
In a large pot, bring 4-6 quarts of water to a rolling boil Place the frozen pasta pouch in the pot first. Wait 2 minutes and then place the lobster pouch in the water. Cook for 6 more minutes. (They will be ready at the same time.) Remove the pouches from the boiling water with tongs. use caution as they are very hot. Cut the top of the pasta pouch with scissors. Place the pasta in the dish. Cut open the pouch with the lobster and arrange on top of the orzo. Spoon the butter sauce over lobster as desired. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
