Thaw under refrigeration. Remove plastic before cooking. To grill, place on a medium-hot greased grill for 4-6 minutes per side to desired doneness. To pan sear, place in a medium-hot greased sauté pan for 4-6 minutes per side until desired doneness. Cook longer per side for medium to well done, and less time for rare to medium-rare. Tuna can be enjoyed similar to steak, according to your desired doneness.
