One of our favorite holiday treats has always been petit fours - bite-size treats featuring layers of moist cake and velvety layers of butter cream. Between the subtle apricot peeking through moist vanilla cake, the lovely flavors of vanilla and orange, and heavenly double chocolate, choosing which to try first will be quite difficult.

Marzipan: Almonds, Sugar, Oil, Egg Whites.
Orange Jam: Sugar, Orange Pulp, Pectin, Citric Acid, Natural Flavorings, Potassium Sorbate, FD&C Yellow #6.
Coating: Sugar, Fractioned Vegetable Fats, Skimmed Milk Powder (8%), Lactose, Soy Lecithin, Vanilla Extract. May Contain: Red #3, Red #40, Yellow #5, Yellow #6, Blue #1, Blue #2.
